Walt, Regional Director, Manufacturing Solutions, has assisted MRC clients in implementing more than 1,200 engagements, helping companies small and large improve their productivity and quality.
Walt, who joined MRC in 1989, brings clients the fruits of more than 40 years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience. His specialties include project management, incentive systems, group technology, cellular manufacturing, flexible manufacturing systems, total quality management, flow manufacturing, labor standards, statistical process control, capital equipment justification and cost reduction.

Prior to coming to the Center, Walt held positions of increasing responsibility in industrial/manufacturing engineering management with several medium-sized companies engaged in the manufacturing of electrical motor components, material handling systems and cryogenic refrigeration equipment.
Walt holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.S. in Business Administration from Lehigh University, as well as an MBA from Penn State University.
