Everything DiSC® Workplace on Catalyst is a personal development learning experience that equips participants with social and emotional skills for more effective work interactions.

Combining the DiSC® model with flexible facilitation and a powerful learning platform, it fosters self-understanding, appreciation for diverse perspectives, and adaptability to unique needs.

Workplace on Catalyst goes further by facilitating real-time adaptation to others. Participants explore their DiSC® style, deepen their understanding of self and others, build better relationships, access real-time tips for effective interactions with colleagues, and lay the foundation for future social and emotional skills training. This personal development program enhances workplace relationships, regardless of participants’ roles or locations.

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Your DiSC Style
Participants walk through the framework of the DiSC® model and review the Everything DiSC® map. They learn about their DiSC styles, then discover and discuss personalized insights

Your Colleagues
Participants learn about one another on the Catalyst platform. Working in pairs, participants look each other up on the “Your Colleagues” page. They discuss the impact of their continua results on their relationships and find new ways to work together.

What Drives You
Participants discover their workplace priorities, as well as their motivators and stressors. They see how they compare to people with other styles and consider ways to be more effective at work.

You and Other Styles
Participants use the DiSC model to better understand the people they work with through video and discussion. They consider how they react to the different DiSC styles and gain insight into their relationship with a colleague based on that person’s DiSC style.

Build Better Relationships
Participants learn how others have bridged their differences using DiSC. To practice building more effective relationships at work, they review tips for working with one colleague based on their DiSC style, and then discuss ways to improve relationships with people of all styles.

Wendy Beltzner | MRC – Director, Leadership Development and Training Strategy

Wendy BeltznerWendy has over 25 years of experience in training and curriculum development, specializing in leadership and customer service with companies from all industries throughout Northampton, Lehigh, and Carbon counties.  She has previously worked for Fortune 500 service giants such as IBM and Manpower Inc., advancing her career from entry-level through various levels of management.  Wendy is also an entrepreneur.  She created, owned, and operated the Lehigh Valley’s first children’s museum designed with an emphasis on soft skills education.  She has also co-owned an award-winning, ice cream retail and wholesale business with her husband for the last 30 years. Wendy earned her B.S. degree in Marketing from Oral Roberts University, is a Certified TWI (Training Within Industry) Job Instruction Trainer, and a Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner.
